Mission:
The mission of Monroe Avenue Elementary School, in partnership with students, parents, and community, is to prepare students academically and socially within a safe learning environment to become globally competitive in the 21st century.

Vision: 
Monroe Avenue Elementary School students will receive a 21st Century education, empowering them to lead productive lives in a complex and changing world.
